Anyone know any gyms in and around the signal hill area that have either decent monthly rates for the remainder of summer or decent drop-in rates?
I'm looking to supplement my P90X regimen by going to the gym instead of the weight-lifting days of the program so I'm looking at 2 times a week (maybe 3 max) so that's why I thought I'd mention the drop-in rates. Also, Westside is just way too expensive!

Call and inquire about drop in rates. Depending on which it might be cheaper to buy a monthly pass.

I work out at the Goodlife over there now. It's pretty nice. I think the monthly rate is about 47/month. Not too bad.

Goodlife in Richmond - not too bad, but I cancelled my membership there.
