Builder: Birchwood Properties

Anyone heard of these guys before? Any comments about how good they are? They're building in Royal Oak right now. Apparently been around a while - but i've never heard of them.

used to be a client. This was 6+ years ago. Reasonable sort, but i was not his client. If you know what I mean. I would bet they are reasonable, and not a screw everyone in sight type of operation.

My buddy does service for them. He's one of those guys that won't work for a company that screws people so, at the very least, I know their service department is good.
