I attended the show here in calgary tonite (sat night)

it was my first time attending a bodybuilding show.
i will def attend future events as its very inspiring to see some of the guys and its a great way to be entertained for an evening.
i've also never been to any organized event in my entire life with better looking women, and so many of them in the same building.

if anyone else went, post up your pictures of the event, and post your review.

sounds retarded, but I would have liked to see less women in all the events.
took so long to bring all the women out and line them all up (not enough room on stage)

i always thought bodybuilding was a male dominated sport but from this the men were seriously lacking in numbers!

there was over 150 competitors and only about 15 of thoes were men.

it was nice to see some local stars out there.
also nice to see some of the people that work out at golds northgate.

one of the guys from golds - i think a staff member - got his fitness model pro status and 1st in his weight class, 3rd overall i believe.

i was gonna go up on stage for the hot bod crowd competition, but then i realized im a featherweight and have no chest. :dunno:

Are you talking about the event at the Max Bell center downtown this weekend?

I had a few friends that competed in it, unfortunately I couldn't make it.

I totally forgot about this. damn:(

If you want a good show to go to do the Olympia in Vegas, or Arnold in Columbus. I went to both before and it's great

Ronnie ftw

i wish i had access to venues like this growing up, some people that have lived in calgary their whole lives don't know how many opportunities they have so easily accessible to them

Felt the exact same way, wasn't really sure $55 would be worth it.

'Hot Bod Crowd Competition' haha that would of been fun.

I took a whole whack of photos from this competition. My friend was competing in it.

I posted a few of her pics here.
