Angel Eye Confusion: E36

I have just installed DEPO GENIV with 35w6000k HID and 80LED angel eyes into my E36 (canadian spec)

PROBLEM:

When the headlights are off my angel eyes are ON
When the parking lights are on my AE's are OFF
When the Headlights + Parking are on, my AE's are STILL off.

The grey angel wire from the headlight harness isnt hooked up but the AE's Still are powered in the HEADLIGHT OFF position only, Even when I splice it into my parkingwire I still only get AE's on with my headlights in the off position only.


How Can I have my angel eyes ALWAYS running? and why are my grey angel eye leads completely useless?

I have identified the problem

I used DDM's orientation for the Plug and Play pins but now realize those must be for US configurations.

Right now my high beams are my angel eyes and my highbeams are my daytime running.. pretty messed.

I will mess around with the configuration to find the right orientation

So I found the correct orientation for both headlights by physically 'feeling' which wire when to which pin inside the headlight housing.

I got it locally through Steve at ASPtuning.. He's good. Paid 390.
