I'm starting dental school at U of A in a couple months, and I'm trying to decide between what would be more advantageous: renting a place or buying one (either a 1 or possibly 2 bedroom apartment). I know that I will be there for a minimum of the next 4 years so that's one thing to take into consideration. With the current financial market, I was hoping to hear some input from some of you guys. Thanks!
