Not exactly since then, since the start of the summer to be exact. He has had numerous buyers fall through, a few from EBay, and a few local. Car is in excelent shape, and IMO worth the money. If you want more details, the owner is my roomate, PM me and I will have him contact you.
I can get better pictures as well, since the ones on that site a terrible!

Best part is my roomate barely ever drives it as well, and when he does, it is not driven hard at all.

According to the past owner, a new mod for the car is to put in the Latest Altima pistons in it, and it changes the boost from 7psi to around 20psi. Not exactly sure of the details, but seems like a good mod for $1200.

I don't see how N/A pistons are going to improve the 'boostability' of the car though... maybe forged low comps, etc.

I got this as second hand info, i am not sure what else has to be done, but that is the gist of it. Apparently it is the newest mod for the K engines. I am sure it is something closer to " it can handle 20psi withn the new pistons" I will ask again to double check.

The car was appraised at $75,000 that is not what he is selling it for. ( I have seen the appraisal)

I believe the stereo was $10k for everything installed. Again though, if you want precise details, call!

According to the past owner, a new mod for the car is to put in the Latest Altima pistons in it, and it changes the boost from 7psi to around 20psi. Not exactly sure of the details, but seems like a good mod for $1200.

It did run a 18 second pass because the right before the previous owner sold the car the clutch had been slipping, but I would buy that car even with out sunroof, it makes the car a bit lighter also, what had happened is that the previous owner overboosted and one of the piston and ring set went on i believe the first cylinder. But after it was fixed I vouch for the second owner that it is a great car!

Generally 98's are around $20k+, but they are extremely hard to find, not to mention a 98 with 3X,000km. Especially one that hasnt been bagged (current owner is my roomate, and be barely ever drives the thing!)
The only thing that has room for improvement IMO, is adding racing seats, but thats it. Every part that has been put on the car has had a ton of thought and research put into it..
If you can find a nicer one for $27 do so, but best of luck, but don't expect to find one anytime soon.

Ya he ran 18.3 against my civic at race city last year lol. i still have the slip... but as shadowz said, it was due to the slipping clutch.
