Building Permit Wait time

Hi Guys,

anyone else building a house right now? Any indication as to how long the wait is these days for permits?

We are building with beattie right now. It's roughly six weeks from signing of the contract and removal of conditions and our whole is being dug next week. I think most builders will tell you six to eight weeks which is the norm.
