LOL I always have small block chevys for sale.

Are you looking for a cheap motor or a powerful motor?
If you are looking for a cheap motor, I would check the bargainfinder, BUT make sure you drive the vehicle that it is in.

If you want a performer, I have a one that hit 224 rwhp on Tomas dyno that I bought about 6 months ago. It has the same stats as the one on my V8 truck right now which was built at Davenport racing to the tune of 4500 dollars.

13.6 at 98 mph is what 224 rwhp will get you in a 2900lbs S10.

I would sell it for 1900 bucks.

If you are looking around for engines BELIEVE NO ONE. Not even me, until you see dyno graphs or track times.

Everyone has a 400hp small block for sale but, usually they are junkyard specials with a Canadian Tire engine dressup kit on them.

I have seen more disappointed people at the track then I care to recall.

Good luck on you swap, if you need any advice or want to look at a completed unit, look me up.

Gord.
