Nike Cover Up? (http://msn.foxsports.com/cbk/story/9784408/Nike-takes-tapes-after-collegian-jams-on-LeBron)

Assuming they were actually trying to cover it up and not because there were 'camp rules' I don't think it really matters. Everyone knows that if you're going to play under the basket, you're going to get dunked on from time to time.

it is simply because of the rules. You dont see nike trying to take tapes of lebron getting dunked on in the NBA. Its simple, the reporters were told not to be filming after hours. Why? because like ever other reporter they would of sold the films to make a profit, make a profit off of an event that they did not put on. It would be considered un-seen footage and they would make alot of money. i dont think nike needs to cover up anything for the worlds best player.

It was going to get out either action they took so no it's not a conspiracy :closed:

I really doubt Nike would've confiscated the tapes if LeBron hadn't got dunked on. In either case most of the articles state LeBron approached a nike rep after getting dunked on, and soon after all video cameras were confiscated. A coincidence? :dunno:

To be quite honest I have no idea why the tapes were confiscated, I was figuring it was going to be a balls-in-the-face type dunk. Confiscation just contributed to the legend of the dunk.
