el yucateco xxxtra hot sauce rates at 11600 Scoville units, while the frank's extra hot is 2085 Scoville units. so yea, it's FAR spicier.

i bought it from hector at Mi Tierra, but they don't normally sell it. i'm in there quite a bit and he had an extra bottle so i think he was just doing it as a favor. he's told me before to check the hot sauce stand at crossroads, or else the various latin stores around the city.

i've got about 6 or 7 different hot sauces in my fridge right now since i'm kinda a food freak. i use them all for different purposes, but have to say that in general the flavour of that el yucateco xxxtra is the best. even compared to the green and red el yucatecos, both of which i have haha

Da Bomb ground Zero is a good one at 234.000 Scoville units

if you want to go nuts i would suggest most of the blair stuff like 3am sauce lol 2,000,000 scoville units. I think they go up to 16 million which is pure Capsaicin Crystal.
