Baywest Homes Experience?

Anyone here build with them before? I am looking at building a house with them and just want to know the good and bad experiences and what to look out for.

I am building my first house and have chosen to build with Baywest. They have been excellent to work with and will be signing the deal by the end of this week.
There are so many details in the process but they have been to answer all my questions to date and the customer service has been superb. We made multiple changes (with the red pen) and they really work with you to create your dream home. Just be aware of your budget because changes add up quickly.
I have done my research and am very happy with my decision.
I may have some pre-build questions from other current Baywest owners.

Still in the process of building with them in Cranston and everything so far is awesome!
