I think it's 100% fake. What talent program has a sign in the back that just says "talent"? Besides that, the whole thing just seems too stupid to be real.

Yea that vid is fake, watch closely just as he shoots the arrow, the footage changes over to new footage where the guy has been replaced by some kind of mannequin.

EDIT: Scrap that, looks like it was just the way the vid skipped at the end, does come across as kinda fake though.
