the guy in the civic thread is such a douche, I am 99.9% positive that wherever this guy lives in the states he does not need a gun that he can readily draw. Not like he gets fired at every day. Wow, that Honda forum was crazy...those guys are proper "Praise Jesus and the 2nd Amendment!" folk. And naturally you've got the typical Canadians in there totally making us look like uneducated peace loving tools.

Its a shame us Canadians who do have firearms (Both the R and NR type) get stereotyped. I just love target shooting; With a variety of different sidearms and long arms. I've never had to worry about protecting my family, and hopefully never will, which is why we live in one of the best countries in the world. But should the need arise, hey, it's there. We're scared, as a nation, the media does a pretty good job of that, but Americans, they're proper scared. It's basically an anxiety attack for a lot of them if they are unarmed in some way, at any time.

Traveling abroad for extended periods and reading/watching the news, it's so amazing how much different the news is portrayed.

Sad really.
