Brand new, never used, sealed in box.
Both come with original box and contents (usb cord, earphones, screen cleaning cloth, manuals)
Both still have plenty of warranty.
8GB is covered under warranty until July 23rd 2010, 16GB is covered untill July 31st 2010.
