Yea, carbon black is a weird color. At night, it looks black but turns out blue in pictures. In the daytime, it looks blue, but turns out black in pictures.

You sure? Unless it was a custom color, the 335 is not available in Carbon Black as a stock color.

It may have been a Monaco Blue Metallic, which is similar, but not the same.

Positive... I should have grabbed pictures. The guy was parked outside the gelati place I was getting an ice cream at. Talked to him for a few minutes, he had the entire car repainted to carbon black because he loved the color so much.
