update on the vette

well...newest update on my car.....heads have been fully done, valve job, ect.........dash is 90% complete...all i have left to do is get some polished aluminum and make my gauge pods........new radiator and dual electric fans are on their way......and new cam (Cam Specs, Int./Exh: Adv. Dur. 278°/290° , Dur. @ .050” 222°/234°. Lift: .467", .494") will be on this week as well as a 125 shot of nitrous from Nos...........so...all thats left is rewrapping my door panels and seats, and bringing all my enterior pieces in to be painted Prowler Yellow....

ill have acouple pics up as soon as i get them developed which should be tommorow....

so my short term goal will be done shortly...wooo
next goal is this summer which includes makin my 350 a 396 and lambo doors with a few more goodies......wish me luck

well with a stock crate HO motor i ran a 13.3 1/4 on a new g-tech......this was before i got my tranny rebuilt tho so im guessing alittle under or about the same this was on crap street tires

g-tech's arent 100% reliable but its very close with the new system....but who knows

stupid thing...heh....well got the cam in but....i cant take off the crank pully.....heh....if i try to losen the bolt the motor will turn......guess i got to go to the store tommorow and get some frieken strong long bolts to keep the motor from turning......thing pisses me off

1/2 inch impact will sort out that bolt in a hurry!! brrrrrrrrrROOOM!

woo cam and lifters have been installed....now im just waiting on my gasket set so i can put the motor in then i can drive around (without a interior tho...heh)

ill post the pics of the dash when its done...hehe...pretty ugly and pink right now...bondo and all...heh
