in order to get a wrx u`d have to get something older for that price range, if u like the civic si's u should be able to find one that price range and it newer and has waranty

You can probably find an 04 WRX for that price. I know somebody was selling an 04 STi on here a month or so back and that was like $19.5 IIRC but it had like 90k kms.

You can also get an S2000 for under $20k, dunno about mileage on them though. Low mileage RX-8's and RSX's can be found in that price range too.

both fun, less than $20K and less than 40,000kms

Both nice cars, the Mustang will be a lot faster but I honestly think the RX-8 will be the funner vehicle to drive.

Definitely a WRX.

AWD+Turbo

These cars are also very low maintenance.

If you need something reliable and for winter, WRX hands down. The only other car that can even compare for reliability, winter driving and fun to drive is a RSX Type S.

With winter tires, VERY driveable. But personally I don't drive mine in winter. I love it to much plus it's not ideal.

Sounds to me like you want something to destroy winter/bad weather with. Which is where I'm personally at as well. Get something with AWD like a WRX if you're must have a sedan. If I had the cash now, that's what I would get for sure.

02-04 WRX. I'm biased though ;)

I am currently in the same boat. Have been looking at everything and anything. I can't seem to find a good deal on a 02-04 wrx that doesn't have a pile of KMS. Some pretty good deals to be had on rsx type s' though.

They also make awd Charger, Magnums and 300's. Should be easy to find for less. Also can get it with the 5.7L Hemi or 3.5L V6

i was just thinking about this today actually.

i drove a RWD car last winter, so yes include a RWD car, i am fine with that, i don't mind having some snow driftoz.

Where is a good place to import an Sti?

My RWD R/T Magnum kicks the shit out of any FWD I have ever driven in the snow. I took it through Rogers pass in November in the middle of a snowstorm. Not once did it scare me. I got it stuck twice last season, only because of drifts and getting high centered. All with all season tires.
