I have the Vonage USB fob. It works so-so. Vonage fired their tech support guys, and started a forum so users could help each other, basically. As such, the soft-phone software doesn't support Vista. I managed to come up with a work-around for it that DOES work, but every once in awhile I get a crappy connection.

A word of advice if you go the Vonage USB route: never ever use the headset or headset jack on the thing itself. Pure garbage. You can, however, select any microphone/speaker setup on your computer instead. I use a bluetooth cellphone headset, works great.
