I'm looking for some Audi license plate screws, i am using the license plate bracket and i need four M6 x 1 x 8mm bolts.

Called the dealer and they want 2.50 for one....

anyone have any extras they have that they could swing by my way?

or know if i can find them elsewhere other than the dealer?

I already tried Rona, and i couldn't find it at all. I even tried buyin random ones and none fit....

Is all this effort worth saving a few of bucks off the $10 dealership price?

Seconding this, a pair of license plate screws for the S2k was like 25 cents.

Or Calgary Fasteners on 32 ave NE. Depending on where you live, the gas money getting you there would negate your savings though haha.

Bolt supply house
Triad fasteners
Calgary fastners

If none of them have it in stock, then just give up and buy from Audi

Just skip a latte and go to dealership.

Why bother with $5 when you're driving an Audi.
