I have a sony deck in my car, Ill get the model tomorrow, but i have 4 options for input.
AM/FM/CD and AUX, but there is not input jack for my deck for anything.
i wanna use my ipod but i don't have an ipod jack for the headphones or anything.
Will i have to buy an adapter that plugs into the stereo to play ipods and such ?

Whats the model of the deck? if there is no jack on the faceplate chances are you have an RCA aux on the rear of the deck. You will have to purchase a cable from radioshack or something if this is the case.

Hmm, is there a place where i can look at the faceplates and like pick which one is mine?
It was on in 2007 i think so it's kindof old.
But should there be a 1/8'' jack in the rear of the stereo ?

there should be a model number on the faceplate somewhere. for the aux in function u will have to take your deck out and there wil be l a "audio in" set of rca's. you go buy a RCA to mini cable somewhere and plug that into the rca's and you are good to go

if you pull the deck out, and look at the back all your answers will be found

On the back of that Sony deck, there should be 3 sets of RCA's (red & White) along with a pigtail RCA marked Subout/Mono

The BUS AUDIO IN is where you would connect a Mini jack to RCA cable. It will be right beside a little black round plug (Changer Control Plug) The other two RCA's are front and rear output.
