hit and run this morning

Travelling southbound 52nd st se on my way to work just past the railroad tracks on 50th ave , a old late 80's ford pickup long box changed lanes into me and i got pushed into a curb, causing damage to my cross member and control arm. the car has a bit of trouble steering right now. the body doesn't have much visible damage from him hitting me just a scuff on my bumper. He pushed me with his truck. I couldn't get a plate number, but it was a dark blue/brown/black pickup, extended cab long box quite old.

I was driving a burgundy red cavalier if anybody happened to see it happen.
