Didn't know whether to post it here or the travel section but is there anything specific I should know before using electronics in Europe?

Going to Sweden later this week and wanted to take my camera / laptop / phone / mp3 player. I bought a couple of these converters:

I was just wondering if that would be enough or would I have to worry about frying any electronics because of different voltages / currents. :dunno:

IIRC europe is running 220V?

but laptop, phone and camera chargers should be able to take both 110 and 220

Have a look at the electronics you are bringing. If they say 100-240v, that plug you have is all you need.

If they state only one v, you will need a converter as well.

** If you need any more of those adapters, PM me, you can borrow mine.

Thanks for the info guys, checked all the adapters and everything looks to have 100-240V on the so it should be good to go.

@dannie, haha thanks for the offer man, but I got like 5-6 off of eBay a couple weeks ago, more adapters than actual electronics

No worries, I have two kicking around the house and I am not heading back there for the next couple months. Enjoy Sweden.
