Hi-does anyone have any info on the condos being built on 14 St and north haven? Its right across the street fr the police station, right before nose hill?
Name of builder, price range, sq ft, any info would be appreciated.

Havenworth, built by cormode & dickson (little different for them - they're more commercial/industrial not condo typically) site super is one of those few good ones who are left.

Priced from $425,000 to $1,050,000.

The floor plans and such actually look really sweet,
I wonder what condo fees etc would be.

This is a few minutes away from my house, pass it every day on the way to and from work. Work looks top notch from my view from the bus :rofl:
