i want a really good one (accurate with USA+CAN maps). and working car charger.

must be in great condition - don't care where its from, dont need box or documentation

I have an old Garmin 660. Not sure what it's worth; maps have not been updated.

Your best bet is to buy new. Then you'll have the latest maps if accuracy is a priority.
