Hey guys,
So I have a 300zx that decided to simply stop running. I pulled it in, parked it for a couple of months, and when I went back to it, it would not start. Turns over just fine (when jumped). I can hear the fuel pump(s), and fuel is passing through the filter in the engine bay.
Not really sure why it isn't firing up, and don't know anything about these engines, so I really need to take it somewhere to get looked at. (Perhaps Autodream - where it was heavily modified.)
The problem is that it has an aftermarket front end and a rear diffuser, which sit the car only a few inches from the ground on both ends. I believe that any attempts at moving it with a flatbed and/or tow truck may break these.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking of somehow pre-jacking it on stands or something before the truck comes, but I haven't had a car towed for over a decade, and don't really recall the details of the angles they work with.
