Subject: Charge Laid in Chinook Centre Washroom Incident

CITYBEAT - CITY OF CALGARY PRESS RELEASE

At about 4:30 PM Saturday August 15th,2009, while at the
Chinook Mall food court, a witness observed a male exiting
and entering the men's washroom several times, when young
boys would enter the washroom. He followed the man into the
washroom on one occasion and observed a camera being placed
under an occupied stall door. The witness immediately left
and went to locate mall security who attended along with a
CPS Mall Beat Officer. The offender was apprehended and his
camera was seized. Police believe the offender may have known
he was about to be caught, as the camera had photos deleted,
however photos of washroom stall doors were still evident. No
photos of victims were located at that time.

Police have charged Cori Anthony CIMOLINO, 41 years old, with
one Criminal Code charge of Public Mischief. He has also been
banned from the Chinnok Centre Mall for 2 years.

Police are continuing to investigate this offence and will be
attempting to retrieve the deleted photos from his camera.
Further charges may be laid as the investigation develops.

Public mischief? Hopefully they can recover the deleted photos and charge him with something more serious.

LOL at the banning, I've been banned from there twice I think, and went back way before the bannings were up.

Instead of reporting to mall security, the guy should have done everyone a favor and beat the shit out of him. Fucking disgusting. As far as I'm concerned, the law shouldn't have to waste their time on people like this -- they should just be disposed of like the trash they are.

Yep, there's many programs to restore deleted photo's on memory cards, if they haven't been recorded over already (which I doubt he had time to do... fill up an entire card with random shots of the bathroom)

haha i got banned from the chinook when i worked there for 6 months. i was only allowed to go to the mall to work, not to 'hang out' or 'go shopping'

They threatened to ban me from the parking lot for parking on those massive snow piles. I pointed out that there was indeed a parking spot somewhere underneath and told them to try and tow it.

Both bannings came between jobs at the mall by pure luck, both of these incidents were between 5-8 years ago I believe.

One problem, the article said "shirt over his face, penis exposed" well, if any of you have seen sorath, you will understand that i doubt you would see his penis if he had his shirt up........
