Most shops will have to order in parts from the vendors for you... its usually best to just order it yourself (and by "best" i mean "cheapest").

look at some of the vendors on cobaltss.net, a lot of them can help you out, i think turbo tech racing is the one i used the most, you can build up "points" per part you buy and then you can get discounts using the points later. I think they were the first ones to introduce a 6spd upgrade to the tranny.... but I could be mistaken, it's been awhile.
