I have a spare bedroom I'm not using in my basement suite. Room is about 9 x 11 feet, has a small closet attached, there is currently a folded out futon as a bed but you'd have to be brave to sleep on it. Cable, Wireless internet, utilities are all included. suite has its own laundry is a seperate room. The place is located in Deer Run right next to fish creek park. Shopping is close, bus route goes by right down the street. Looking for somebody in their 20's etc. I work fulltime, but dont mind having a few beers here and there. Applicant must be able to deal with 2 crazy cats and a hedgehog. No smoking and no other pets.
