Stillwater in the Hyatt is pretty fantastic. As long asyou don't mind using $140 per hour. My plan doesn't cover that much, so I'm looking for cheaper places.
The downtown sports clinic in TD square is good if you want a therapeutic (not relaxing) massage.

I dont think I have a "per hour" limit as long as total is under 800/year... but Id rather get more a year

You are paying for the fancy atmosphere not really much special about the massage. But you can go early and hang out in their hot tub, if you are into that kind of thing. A one hour massage usually takes me well over two hours once you include; shower, tub, steam room, shower, granola bar and water, massage, water, shower, dress, pay.
I had no idea my plan had a per hour limit until I submitted that receipt.

i went to sutherland-chan a few days ago on 6ave and 2nd st... was really nice ambiance inside, and nice RMTs.

www.calgarypam.com is pretty good

Max Bell Physio has the absolute best massage therapist and it's only $65/session last I checked. It's not near 7th Ave, but well worth the trip.
