I have one that I used to play in junior high so its a bit smaller in size. Works great, just needs to be tuned. I can even wipe off the dust for you and throw in an electric tuner.

I'd suggest going to Guitarworks and picking up the Yamaha for about $130 or Long and Mcquade and getting the Epiphone for around the same price. At least you know they are new and have been humidified properly up until now. I bought a yamaha there and its a great sounding in expensive acoustic guitar.
