That's Banker's Hall underground parkade. That GT3RS is parked in a dead end corner of the parking lot. I know because my father's old reserved parking spot was near that spot.

I saw a white GT3 being sandbagged to shit in China town on Sat of the last long weekend, I think the guy stalled it twice.

Vinay is a good friend of mine, and this guy isn't him. Plus, I was with him the day that picture was taken. I can't remember which parkade it was in downtown, as we had been in quite a few of them that day.
