Dunno why the MKIV Supra isn't on that list. I voted "Other" stating that.

GT-R gets my vote, even with its issues. I would love to own one someday. Honda CRX? Are you kidding me? Does it even classify as a sports car?

Supra is on the list now, though not a specific generation.

Miata for me, they have a huge fanbase, and they never really disappoint at doing what they were made for. Easily the best Mazda ever made.

I haven't voted, but I would have to go for either NSX or MX-5.

How on Earth did CRX end up on that list, might as well throw up a Toyota Camry or Honda Odyssey.

every crx owner was gonna probably post in this thread mentioning their love and passion for their (sports) car

but now

crx was an alright car
not a "sports car" but with the amount of mods available (swaps etc. even)
i would say it was up there ..

S2000 definitely

It often comes at the top of reliability tests

I went with the EVO.

In all its generations it has performed amazing and has only gotten better since its inception. Throughout the generations competing in Rally, Road racing, Time attack, Drag and Drifting; it has performed at the top of its class more than any other car on the list.

Suprised the Skyrine isn't the top car.

Hard choice for me though, RX-7 vs S2000, had to choose the S2K.

Nope the Honda tuning scene had been around long before the Type R cars. Honda released the Type R cars in response to the Honda tuning craze and to build cars to race competitively.

I have driven a lot of those and the old Z cars really have the 'feel' of the Old school european sports cars. I had a 240z for about 3 years and absolutely loved it.

1st generation Rx-7 is the most fun even if its slower than a modern Kia.

NSX all the way, a true Japanese supercar (in it's early years at least)

-first production car with all aluminum chassis and suspension arms

- first production car with forged pistons and titanium connecting rods

-inspiration for the McLaren F1

First car with 4-channel ABS

First car with VTEC

It was a lot of firsts.

and it was so good that it was never really changed throughout its production.

Makes ya hope the next NSX isnt a hunk of garbage.

Not really a good list...There is generations of cars vs single models.

Like how is RX-7 to RX-8 really different then 280zx to 370z yet its just listed as Z cars??

I am sure I will get corrected but I voted anyway :D
