I love it! I bought more GOZ! And guess what? NEWS!
50% more reserves than earlier reported! They are already making money in probably the safest country (Sweden!).
Now with the gold/silver pullback, the 'chaff' will get thrown away as usual, and the producers will keep on marching. It happened the last time, and it will happen again.

I'm of the same mentality. But right now, I feel it's at the decision point... die off again or look to push new highs. But NG just isn't strong in spring/summer. So how could it sit at $7 in HNU this spring/summer and all winter we were sitting in the $5.8 range?!?

If today plays out right, its 7 weeks in a row US gas rigs have decreased. If the trend keeps continuing, than the gap between supply and demand will close and price of NG will increase as overall NG demand will continue to increase year over year.

Congrats on your first bagger!
Don't beat yourself up for selling, it's nice to lock a gain.
I would beat yourself up for selling it all. The reason is capital gains. It reallly sucks to give money to the government. Hopefully you have some losses to cover?
Next time, only sell enough to get your capital back and keep your free shares to offset other loses.

what do you guys think of Citi (C)? It's a $4.80 stock right now and I think it has potential to be a 7-12 dollar stock, especially since it just awarded its CEO a new 1.75 mill salary and has $40US Billion in funds set aside for future losses

For it to hit $7 that means the market has to catch a bull run. Do you think the market is going up?
There is no way that Citi can buck the trend and go against the market.
Having said that, IF you believe the market will go up, there is better stocks that will make more gains at the same time. The issue with stocks is not just 'making money', but it's also trying to get the one that will outperform the market.

silver may have found a bottom at 26.70 and ready to make another run towards 31 or slightly higher. while 22-23 would be my ideal entry point, a good play with tight stops under 26.50 would be a good play for a potential 25-30% rise on hzu.to

Late to the party, but I had CRUS on my watch list.
It popped, but I still think there is more left. I hate to be so late, but the profit margin and it's link to APPL is too strong to ignore.
If you missed the APPL train, don't miss this one. Do your own DD but CRUS is still undervalued!

The Market is upset about Egypt. Down.
Some sectors are inverses to bad news (Oil) and so most stocks were down today.
Good job to anyone who made money on non-oil, non-energy plays today!

According to a Financial Post report, he expects Grande Cache Coal Corp. (GCE.TO) and Cline Mining Corp. (CMK.TO) will attract the most attention. Of the two, his preference is Cline, the report says.
"Cline trades at a lower valuation based on coal resources than current producers, while operating in favourable mining jurisdictions," he reportedly wrote in a note.
He reportedly added that Cline's costs at its New Elk mine in Colorado are estimated at around US$100 a tonne, while Grande Cache's guidance is for costs of about US$125 to US$130 a tonne.

Oil veteran Pickens sees $120 this year
Pickens has frequently said the U.S. government lacks a long-term energy strategy, despite being the world's largest oil consumer, and cautioned oil prices could triple in the next 10 years without one.
"Where else in the world doesn't have an energy plan," said Pickens, who has been in Washington over the past week in a bid to win support from the new Republican Congress for his energy plan to run more vehicles on natural gas.
He said he was confident of seeing a deal this year with the support of Republican House Majority Leader Eric Cantor.
"If we don't do something to reduce our reliance on imported oil, we could see $300 a barrel in the next decade."

also becareful between now until end of feb. What ever you are trading, if its on the high side, I would take profit and wait for better entry. as the next few week suggest a short term cycle low, then we should have another rise until june 2011.
all eyes will be around june 2011 as mid year points to a significant reversal of trend.
continue to stick to food/energy/pm in that order, stagflation will be the magic word.
