Ok 2.5 weeks ago I sold my PTU, NOX, and NWI and they all went crazy. Today I cut my losses on FAB, URA, and WL. Now need to regroup and find some good buys.

10 grand? You must has lot of liquidity. Say 10% profit, you would have to spend 100k on PTU :-).

Ohh yah completely forgot. So I called and the guy I spoke with gave me 100 free trades starting on the 5th which are valid for 2 months and my commission tier is now changed to 9.99. He said when you open a new account it wont update itself until each account is reviewed at the end of the quarter but if you call in before and you have a new account we can change it.

So anyone wanting to switch to etrade go for it. They cover the transfer fee up to $125 dollars as well.

My latest pick is ATH.V. The company is Athlone Energy. Trading near it's 52 week low. Alot of insider buying, Q3 results look good and a PP at $0.55 (flow through). Traded between $.48 and $.52 today. Thinly traded stock (like most of my picks) so it'll require some patience but it should pay of in the end.

I was in at .67 and held till $1.50 and finally sold, running out of patience for the big move to the TSX. Now that it has been announced they have jumped to $2.25:banghead:

Oh well, can't make the HUGE gains on everything.:rofl:

I should tell you guys before I sell something. Always go up. 3 weeks ago they were NWI, PTU, and NOX. Last week URA. Up up when I sell :-).

CXX will be a good pickup if you havent already got some. Price is coming down slowly but should pop anyday.

UUU a good buy and a good long term hold.

PDN a good buy for long term. When price comes down you can average down or just wait for that point.

So I just signed up for the Globe Investor Gold contest. Basically you pick 5 stocks and whoever has the biggest gain at the end of the contest which is at the end of April wins $10000 in gold.

You can also make groups so im wondering if any of you guys would like to join mine. 5 people are required so I need 4 more. Basically you enter yourself as an individual into the contest then join the group with those same 5 stock picks and whichever group has the biggest gain gets $400 each for a total of $2000.

Yeah CVQ was around high threes a few months ago. Been dropping and I had a look at it at around $2. Then a day after the news came.

I don't know. It dropped quite a bit when it should have been going up after news of OK to go to USA. It's a bit expensive now.

I know someone who is HEAVILY short Reservlogix. Apparently all their tests were done on old drugs, that are no longer saleable, and some other crafty shit. Buyer beware is all I'm saying.

I bought 4000 shares of URA today. Fuckin sold out of SPX on Friday and today it spikes 25%.

There seems to be good things related to Uranium, stemming from the demand created by India and China.

With Uranium, if it is located fairly close to AB, there is a good chance that when a Nuculear power plant is constructed, they could supply!
(Not to mention that in the past 3 years or so, the price of Uranium has never gone down.. only flattened once!)
