Huge volume today for this stock which is normally sparsely traded.

Remember when I posted about BCF's IPO??? They started trading at a $1 with zero assets, and zero production, just talk about their Oil Sands acquisition.

My Picks for this week:
CGC-t just hit 0.51 today on bigger then average volume again. This company will be pouring gold in June... I should have bought more on friday at 0.455


BDO.V had a huge 2 million share purchase today between 0.80 and 0.83. I'm expecting that this one is going for a big run soon.


ADA-V just announced news on its mill in Scotia. Friday it broke out of its trading range and looks like its on its way up.

Could someone who has some background in Fundamental analysis on Junior O&G, help me with GCA.

I'm really liking the low Price/Book, and the great asset base they have. The Balance Sheet looks strong. With that said, their ROA and ROE are poor... any ideas as to why, or what drives this?

I lucked out a few months ago, with shares at $0.07 which have now gone to $0.25-ish. BRT-T. Burntsand Inc.

One that just caught my eye yesterday is PLMA. Although the very near term looks average, I really like their business plan, and think they have found a nice niche to take advantage of the housing crisis in the states.

I think that is one that might take some time, but could prove to be very lucrative. With that said, they never returned my email :thumbsdow

The other one I'm looking at is GCE. The company is hugely undervalued, and talks of a buy-out have started to give the stock some hope. Their industry (coal) is taking a hit, but it might provide some solid upside. It was once a $17 stock, and is now priced at just over half its book value.

The Axis platform is fairly basic but offers pretty much all you'd need. The 'Cybertrade Pro' is great if you are doing quick scalping trades as the execution is fast and the customization is great, but unless you wanna fork out data fees stick with the Axis.

Or, if you need a platform anywhere and don't want to download the Axis software (or you can't download it, ie. work) Webtrader would be your best bet. :thumbsup:

Although the fundamentals of the company may be good, there is absolutely no liquidity in that stock. No promotion either...which makes getting out of it rather tough. 15-20% spreads on a stock under $2 is very unusual.

You still have your GSR Canmorite? I had a 2000 ITR yellow for a few months. The RPM was way too high and car was lowered. It was a bit harsher than I liked.
