Silver is probably one of the most volatile markets out there.

Fundamentals look strong, though. I'd go the ETF route. Silver (SLV) on AMX or Gold (GLD) on the NYSE. You might want to hedge the currency though, if the CAD continues to soar your % gains will be null or even negative.

Short-Term, Metals look like they want to come down some more, especially Gold, which is tied directly to the $USD. I'd wait for a turn around (Going down) in the $USD before going long GLD or SLV.

Say a stock gaps up, and leaves a $1.00 'gap' in price (Overnight it goes from 20-21) and then opens at 21 the next day. If it 'fills that gap' back down to $20.00...well its filled the gap.

Where does everyone see VMS going from here. I bought at $1.09 early today and it closed at $1.19 so I made nearly 10% think I should take it and hope to buy in again at a lower price or do you think it will climb up to its highs of $1.50+ of 2 or 3 weeks ago?

SearchGold Provides Drilling Update on Bakoudou, Gabon

NOV 15, 2007 - 10:00 ET

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2007) - SearchGold Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RSG)(FRANKFURT:S1O) is pleased to provide an update on its Bakoudou-Magnima Gold Project located in Gabon, Africa.

Exploration activities are on-going on Bakoudou as well as at the regional level on the Magnima greenstone belt and on the Moyabi gold anomaly. Work has however been most intense on the Bakoudou gold trend and Zone A as the partners are in the final stages of the resource calculation.

Highlights of the recent work include :

- Positive results on down dip extension of Zone A on section 200S,

- Identification of Zone A's extension on section 225S,

- Positive results from in-fill drilling on Zone A,

- Preliminary drilling results on the north part of the Bakoudou gold trend.

Down dip extension of Zone A on section 200S

Results have been obtained for holes BA-06-37 and 38 and demonstrate the down dip extension of the mineralization recognized in hole BA-06-36. Results are presented below.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Drill hole Mineralizationnumber depth azimuth dip section from to interval grade (m) (m) (m) (m) (g/t Au)--------------------------------------------------------------------------BA-06-37 233.50 137 75 150S 130.30 160.50 30.2 1.53 degrees degrees--------------------------------------------------------------------------BA-06-38 212.80 227 70 200S 151.60 176.00 24.4 1.54 degrees degrees 191.55 197.00 5.45 2.52 208.60 212.00 3.40 1.28--------------------------------------------------------------------------

The main mineralized zone shows good continuity in its thickness and it is worth noting that hole BA-06-38 ended in mineralization. The results of hole BA-06-39 drilled on section 200S to further test the extension of the mineralization are pending.

South-east extension of Zone A on section 225S

Hole BA-06-41 was drilled at the level of hole BA-06-36, 25 m to the south-east, on section 225S. This hole intersected a mineralized zone which is so far visually reported over 13.90 m from 132.85 m to 146.75 m and consists in deformed quartz hosted in altered gneiss containing pyrite and chalcopyrite; one grain of visible gold has also been observed.

In-fill drilling on Zone A

Results have been obtained for additional in-fill holes executed between sections 125S and 175S; they are presented below.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Drill hole Mineralizationnumber depth azimuth dip section from to interval grade (m) (m) (m) (m) (g/t Au)--------------------------------------------------------------------------BA-06-25T 81.00 227 70 125S 30.50 56.00 25.50 2.73 degrees degrees 69.80 75.00 5.20 0.83--------------------------------------------------------------------------BA-06-32 114.50 227 70 150S 70.00 98.20 28.20 1.15 degrees degrees 110.50 111.50 1.00 1.52--------------------------------------------------------------------------BA-06-33 132.50 227 70 150S 96.80 106.40 9.60 1.23 degrees degrees--------------------------------------------------------------------------BA-06-31 98.00 47 70 175S 68.00 96.70 28.70 3.42 degrees degrees--------------------------------------------------------------------------

These holes confirm the continuity of the mineralization within Zone A and will be integrated in the upcoming resource calculation.

Preliminary drilling results on the north part of the Bakoudou gold trend

Two sections of the Bakoudou gold trend have been investigated by drilling so far.

- 11 holes have been drilled at the northern extremity of the trend (BA07-C04 - BA07-C14),

- 4 holes have been drilled in the central part of the trend (BA07-C15 - BA07-C18).

Preliminary highlights of this drilling includes the following :

-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Drill hole Mineralizationnumber depth azimuth dip section from to interval grade (m) (m) (m) (m) (g/t Au)--------------------------------------------------------------------------BA07-C05 81.00 256 50 4400N 8.50 9.50 1.00 0.73 degrees degrees 22.88 24.00 1.12 0.51 31.00 32.28 1.28 0.82--------------------------------------------------------------------------BA07-C06 79.00 257 50 4400N 7.60 13.70 6.10 2.48 degrees degrees--------------------------------------------------------------------------BA07-C13 82.50 256 60 4500N 17.50 18.80 1.30 6.12 degrees degrees--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Additional assays are pending.

Please refer to the attached two figures for the exact location of the drill holes: http://www.ccnmatthews.com/docs/North.JPG and http://www.ccnmatthews.com/docs/surfacemap.JPG

Philippe Giaro, President and CEO, stated "We are active on all fronts on the Bakoudou Project with the priority remaining the drilling on Zone A to finalize the resource calculation and take a production decision. Given the recently discovered southern extension on Zone A and the important number of new targets generated, a third drill is being shipped on the project and a fourth drill has been ordered for Gabon by the drilling contractor. We are very happy with all recent developments and remain more confident than ever in the project's bright future."

No cut-off grade was applied in the calculation of the above intersections as an exact cut-off grade will be determined from final project statistical evaluations. Moreover, even though the drilling is performed at high angle to the mineralized structures, the above intersections do not represent perfect true widths. Such true widths will be computed and integrated in the final stages of the project modeling.

Individual samples weighting 3kg on average are taken from sawn half core at +/- 1 meter intervals in the mineralized zones with consideration of the geological contacts. A rigorous QA/QC program involves the random inclusion of 10% standards, duplicates and blanks at the sample collection and preparation stage. The samples are flown to the ALS laboratory in Mali for analysis by fire assay on 50g pulp samples. The sample preparation procedure involves the crushing of the entire 3kg sample followed by quartering to obtain a representative 500g sample which is entirely pulverized and out of which a 50g sample is isolated for analysis by fire assay.

The program is being executed by Managem, and all drill core is logged and sampled under the supervision of Mr. Benyounes Maamar, P. Geol. Philippe Giaro, P.Geol., President and CEO of SearchGold Resources Inc. and Qualified Person for SearchGold, has reviewed and approved the content of this release.

In July 2005, SearchGold signed a strategic $4,200,000 joint venture agreement on the Bakoudou-Magnima Gold Project with Managem, a successful, established African-based mining company (www.managem-ona.com). Through its subsidiaries, Managem operates 6 mines in Morocco and was also involved in the development of two gold mines in West Africa.

In June 2007, SearchGold announced the appointment of SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. ("SRK") for an engineering mandate concerning the assistance for the development of the on-going feasibility study on Zone A. A first site visit by SRK and SearchGold's management was executed in early June 2007 in Gabon and Morocco.

RSG is already bouncing back somewhat. With these type of speculative stocks you have a lot of people who sell on news, and I think we saw a lot of that this morning. Obviously the holes (I believe they only analyzed 2) were not the insane high gold content everyone wanted... but they don't seem that bad (granted I'm not that good with this technical info). My thoughts are to wait until we get some more info back from some other holes. Mgmt obviously believe in their property if they are expecting production within a short period.

Looked closer, and I can see why people are disappointed. The original specs were 16 g/t (which is insane), and these results showed between .83 and 3.42 g/t. Something seems a little off there :dunno:

RSG was a little annoying. I bought my most recent batch at .32

When it was down at .24, I was annoyed. Then it went up to .29 yesterday, and I was thinking, gee, I should just set a stop at .275 or something and cut my losses.

BUT, I didn't.

And then today this happens. Funny stuff. Oh well, it's just money and I seem to be rapidly closing in on zero.

LOL..... I'm personally still holding onto RSG.... call me insane if you want. Crazy thing is I was thinking of selling half yesterday at .29 but got lazy and just felt like holding. I find it very "questionable" (to say the least) that they were talking about visible gold when the holes showed approx 2 g/t.

My Portfolio as a whole has taken a beating over the past week. Almost everything has gone down... LVN, RSG, EP.UN, etc...

Can anyone post a level 2 on MIR please.

Also, I think a nice 6 month stock to hold might be APV. Building a huge plant in Germany that should be opened in 1st Q 2008. Keep your eyes on it! They already have a few contracts in place for their new facility once it opens.

Personally, I don't think so. I think if you can get in around $1.20 that is good.

Long term, if they announce contracts (most likely will) this stock will blow up..in a good way :)

I bought in at $1.19. When it hit $1.40 I set a stop at $1.35 and ofcourse my shares are now all gone...

Possibly, long term could be good. As I haven't researched or done DD on MIR, what time line are you seeing? With Pharma I have seen stock move up 3X + on approval, and drop the same on failure. Actually that Kevin Trudeau guy wrote something about trials and approvals being 'controlled'.

I am not going to hold MIR long...just in and out on this one...pharma always frightens me..

Although I think you might be right I still gotta ask if you actually believe anything KEVIN TRUDEAU writes?

I tried to read one of his books... Theres not actually any information in it, he doesn't cite any sources or actually commit to making any real statements.

"Consider this, there is a plant that can cure heart disease and lower your cholesterol level....." Insert a bunch of hearsay without mentioning where the information is coming from or what specific studies are being referenced. Then name a plant but not in the same sentence "Lawn Cuttings truly are a miracle cure."

Actually I don't believe his stuff. Some make sense, but most of the time he refers people to his sites which he makes $$$ on. The stuff about the FDA and people having stakes in stocks do make sense though. People in the health industry and the regulators want to make $ and very well can be some sort of illegitamate activities going on.

Good stuff. 10 fold over the past month if I recall correctly.

Looked like a sell off just now but it's holding.

Damn, I took too long to double down at $0.165 this morning. GRW is builing. Increase volume, resutls suepr close..its up today on a down market day. Hitting $0.19. I think tis run is coming very very very soon!

Judging by the BPI, the TSX is hitting bottom right now. Anything around 40 is a buying opportunity as it tends to rebound from there. We may see one or two more poor days, but we should see some bounce back.

I sure hope the market turns around sooner than later.

Short term:
GRW - huge ramp up of volume today. Either a small pump or people getting in last minutes as their results are due VERY soon. Keep an eye out for these guys. Next 1-2 weeks is going be their make/break it for now IMO.

MIR - Still undervalued IMO. A very strong close today as well. I am thinking another small gap up tomorrow morning. I got back in today after selling. In @ $1.12. Already up which is good :) One mroe strong day and I think I am done with this bad boy...

Long term:
APV - This one interests me for a 8-12 month hold. Once the market rebounds, I think you will see a slow groth as their big facility is scheduled to be open 1st Q of 2008. I am hoping it drops another $0.25-$.50 and than I am in!

Anyone got any others?

Hoping for news soon on CMX, and will be increasing my GRW holdings.

Core photos for GRW should be out soon (sent a guy to the lab with a camera last wednesday), with assay results at the end of November. This info is as I received it directly from a phone call I made to the President of the company on November 8th. Hope he's not bullshitting like the Searchgold fags.

I don't really understand the value of having pictures of these cores. Sure it may "hype" the process, but realistically the pictures are meaningless.

With that said, I'm looking very closely at GRW right now

Nu-Mex Uranium Corp. and NWT Uranium Corp. sign letter agreement for a business combination
Monday November 19, 2:30 pm ET

ALBUQUERQUE and VANCOUVER, Nov. 19 /CNW/ - Nu-Mex Uranium Corp. ("Nu-Mex") and NWT Uranium Corp. ("NWT") have today entered into a letter agreement (the "Letter Agreement") that contemplates the acquisition of NWT by Nu-Mex. The Letter Agreement requires that the two companies enter into a definitive agreement no later than December 20, 2007, and that the definitive agreement will contain customary conditions to closing, including the required approvals from the Ontario Court of Superior Justice, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") and the shareholders of NWT. The proposed transaction is also subject to Nu-Mex arranging a financing of not less than $10 million and up to $25 million which is to close concurrently with the completion of the transaction. Additionally, the proposed transaction is subject to NWT's receipt of a favourable fairness opinion and to the shares of common stock of Nu-Mex being listed on a Canadian stock exchange.

Under the terms of the Letter Agreement the proposed transaction is expected to be effected by way of a statutory plan of arrangement (the "POA") under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario). It is expected that the POA will contemplate the acquisition of all of the NWT shares, directly or indirectly by Nu-Mex in exchange for Nu-Mex shares. NWT security-holders will receive an appropriate number of Nu-Mex securities in exchange for their NWT securities.

The Letter Agreement contemplates an exchange ratio of one third (1/3) of one share of Nu-Mex common stock for every issued and outstanding common share of NWT. Any outstanding options, warrants and similar rights to acquire common shares of NWT will be exchanged for analogous options, warrants and similar rights to acquire common shares of Nu-Mex at the same exchange ratio.

The Letter Agreement imposes a mutual standstill on Nu-Mex and NWT during its term. In the event that the Letter Agreement is terminated and either party accepts a superior proposal, the Letter Agreement imposes a cash break fee of 2% of the market capitalization of NWT, subject to a minimum amount of CDN$5 million.

Nu-Mex and NWT are arm's length parties, and the insiders of each are also all at arm's length. It is presently anticipated that upon completion of the POA, each of Richard M. Cherry, Ganpat Mani, James D. Brown, Jas Butalia and D. Bruce Horton from Nu-Mex and Marek J. Kreczmer from NWT and one additional director from NWT will be added to the Nu-Mex board and that Mr. Kreczmer will become the President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. William D. Thomas will become the Chief Financial Officer of Nu-Mex.

Nu-Mex anticipates that the Nu-Mex securities will be issued to NWT security holders pursuant to exemptions from the registration and prospectus requirements of applicable Canadian and United States securities laws. In particular, Nu-Mex proposes that the transaction be structured in a manner that will entitle Nu-Mex to rely on the exemption from the registration requirements of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "1933 Act") provided for in section 3(a)(10) of the 1933 Act.

There is no guarantee that a definitive agreement will be entered into, or if entered into, that it will complete.

Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including Exchange acceptance and disinterested shareholder approval. The transaction cannot close until the required shareholder approval is obtained. There can be no assurance that the transaction will be completed as proposed or at all.

Investors are cautioned that, except as disclosed in the Management Information Circular to be prepared in connection with the transaction, any information released or received with respect to the transaction may not be accurate or complete and should not be relied upon. Trading in the securities of NWT Uranium Corp. should be considered highly speculative.
