No tranny problems, car was never raced or "bagged". Maintained miraculously, (oil changes, etc). My mechanic can vouch for it.

has the tranny fluid been changed? if so by who and what fluid was used? original tranny?

earlier trannys suffer from ZF reverse failure

The car was originally purchased from Kramer Mazda, it had 70k when it was picked up. Had the oil changed every 8,000km with Mobil 1 synthetic. The tranny fluid was changed once during the time I've had it at 105, 000.

328CI doesn't have the ZF trans, it has the GM trans which is stronger. Reverse works fine and I never had any issues with it.

I have listed the problems above. If there was frame damage or anything more I would have stated it.

The car was serviced at Eugen's (euromechanix) and it pretty much sat in his shop all last winter. He knows the car inside and out so if you want I can give you his phone number and he can tell you everything about it (he installed the wheel speed sensors and diagnosed the air bag light).

There was 1 accident it was involved in. I was rear ended by an Audi. There was damage to the rear bumper and quarter panel, it was professionally repaired and the paint is blended. All parts were replaced with OEM.

328ci doesn't have the subframe problem, its mostly 323, 325 and 330.
