Awesome pics!

This might sound like a stupid question, but are your bikes still street legal? Do you ride them to the lot and just pop off the plates? Or are these stunt only.

I'd like to get into stunting one day, but I live in a condo so I don't have space to add a third bike. :(

we hav dedicated lot bikes that are for practice and not street legal, and stunt bikes that are for shows or goin on the streets.
we dont wheelie the streets anymore though, havnt for atleast a year
trying to be professional about it

How hard was it to get the property owner's permission? I'd imagine most don't want to deal with the liability (or the tire marks)

any problems with cops?

is this legal?

i drove up that area in the beginning of summer to do a shakedown and i drove into the lot gearing up for a mini autox session and i seen yall doing your thing,

moved onto a lot further down the street, was going to stop and watch for a bit but it was a bit of an awkward situation.

if you were there that day you probably remember seeing a white crx pull up looking mad guilty of being up to no good.

is this an organized group like off axis?

on private property? no the cops dont care as its not illegal. On the streets? absolutely!!!!
but no some property owners are okay with it (I wouldn't be for one) so they let them do it.

Even on private property its illegal if the public can gain access to the lot.
It needs to be fenced off to be legal and even at that if you disturb the peace around you the cops can still ticket you.

We just talk to the property owners first and let them know what we do then go from there. We have had 3 lots in 2 years and only ever got kicked out of one after owner ship had changed and trucks were constantly in and out due to the new business so we were in their way. Completely understandable.
We have agreements with these guys not to do burn outs so we do those only in practice areas at shows and events.
we also have agreed to not go till after the business have closed for the day so we dont interupt their work.
We are an organized team, we are Off Axis although others come out as well.

We also talk to the police from the district we want to stunt in and show them what we do to and show them that we have permission from the owner. They like what we do and that we want to keep it off the streets. The saregents and officers have all been there to watch and take pics. Most of the time they act as buffer's between us and people that do complain. They stand up for us and make it work, and thats really cool of them.

I do remember a white CRX, we thought we were gettin kicked out, that or you would be callin the cops lol
Come back and check it out we love when people come to watch

Most off all, thanks for the kind words!
