View Full Version : Best Parking Meter EVER

So i was in Kelowna last week and I happened to pass by a parking meter that had paper stuck in it. And then i read the meter and it said FAIL. I thought i was seeing things when i walked by so i went back to look. It was definately correct. Took a pic to see. When you take the paper out it reads 00:00 like normal but when its back in it says fail.

that is pretty good. Take a TINY piece of paper and jam it in. Get out of tickets that way.

There's still a few left... The whole core is done, theres still a few out in the beltline, there was a couple left in kensington at least as of thursday...

City bastards made all those nice free 2-3hr zones that were walking distance from the core go away... It's apparently way too easy for them to add these damn parkplus systems to all those zones that made it feasable for some of us to tolerate meetings in the d/t core...

I can never find the damn pay station for where my truck is parked. 2 blocks over then around the corner usually

You can pay at any pay station, doesn't have to be the one closest to your truck. Or to make it easier, just set it up online. Then just use your phone to dial and never have to find a machine again!


With that said, Fuck parking in the core. :whipped:
