FS 20 gig Xbox 360 with great Rock Band starter Kit

If you wanna get into Rock Band, Have I got a set up for you! (Very used car salesman like)

I got a 20 gig Xbox with HDMI Out,
It comes with 2 wireless controllers, 1 Head set
wireless antenna and
an add on heat sink/fan
Unit still had Bestbuy's plan thing til Nov

rock band wise, I have the RB1 kit with working drums, wire guitar and mic all working great and in mint condition.
It also comes with the Guitar Hero 3 Kit with wireless guitar

Game wise
Now including Beatles RockBand
RB1 and 2 games
GH 2 and 3 games
Couple of game which i don't really mind throwing in

I'm thinking 325 or anything reasonable

Oh the HD there is Street Fighter HD Remix, Tons of d/l songs and the AC/DC tracks for RockBand and Guitar Hero
