Did a pull with him on Deerfoot a few years ago, then a couple months ago I was behind H4X0R, which was on an old beat-to-shit, I think, Corolla.

So I was wondering... can you buy a vanity plate or rights to a vanity plate from another individual?

Do they retire the slogan for a certain amount of time? I was told that ownership of a custom plate can only be transferred once, but that was damn near 10 years ago so I'd phone a registry to make sure.
