Hi All,
My brother and I are looking for a roommate(s) to take the place of two guys from France whose visa soon expires.
The House:
-located in Chaparral lake community, with access to Lake facilities
-back on to greenspace/park area with deck and yard etc
-two rooms to choose from upstairs
-attached garage with parking pad too
-looking to share whole house, spacious kitchen etc
Us:
- Both with career-type jobs, 22 and 25 year old
- One works out of town 4 days a week
- Easy to get along with, like to have a good time though respectful of others
- Clean and take care of ourselves/house
YOU:
-guy or girl, we have lived with both and gotten along with all
-takes some pride in ownership of your place
-able to pay rent and bills :)
-student or professional, doesnt matter

-$450/mo
-1/3 utilities
