Front bumper.........and antenna

I have some scratches and dents (sticking out) on the bottom of the bumper (not visible to others, but visible when looking underneath)...how do I get rid of these....

My Integra's antenna makes a noise when it is coming up or even going down...what is the problem?

Not shure on the undernethe but you should remove the antenae and try and lubricate the motor somehow.

u lube that motor, lube it good haha,
is it those retracting ones? the fancy powered anteneas?
i had one of those on my accord... over time they just break down
cuz of the crap that gets stuck in it... i took mine out like last year
now its just this ugly rubber shaft tha waves in the wind on highways....

about the scratches and dents... same thing... cars get worn down
its relly no use to fix it up in the winter, it will just get scratched again...
but i guess u could find relly fine sand paper and sand that bumper, sand it good
and fill the dents it with a sort of moulding putty, the kind ppl use to repair holes that have been rusted thru???
