winter storage

I know it's only september, and I know no body wants to think about the shittiness that is winter, However I need to find a place to store my car and bike for the winter. I'm curious if anyone else out there needs to or has stored thier car for the winter and where. Is it rediculiously priced or not to bad?

I charge $100 per month for storage at my place. I think that is the going rate.

I charge $50/month for a heated shop for one bike, however I have no space to hold a car. Just a bike.

I m also spending money on storage but we have to no other option.

I spend $195/mo for a 2 car garage. Sigh. It has heat though, but it's an extra $40 to keep the heat on always.
