It wouldnt do a damn thing, may even run/idle shittier. Octane, contrary to what some people think, does not increase power, rather it is an anti-burn agent, put in the fuel to reduce the chance of detonation. you would need to run this in either HUGE boost situations, or very high compression ratios, oh, and in airplanes.

Leaded fuel will destroy the catalytic converter and O2 sensors.

My dad lost ~150hp at secret street last Friday going from 94 > 120. Still ran 12.8x! :D

That would require a radically new tune to take advantage of the higher octane.

It had just came of the the dyno two days prior, being tuned on 94 octane. And its not a big pain to tune his vehicle since it runs megasquirt. :D

I'm guessing the motor is naturally aspirated. Otherwise the available power should have increased greatly. A n/a motor on that fuel could run 15:1 compression, but that's not something easily changed if switching from 94 octane.
