Keeping ep3 seats fresh

Any chemicals or products out there to help prevent wear and clean the ep3 stock seats?

Tons of write up's on honda-tech about cleaning that alcantra (fake suede) fabric. I've never used in on the black but it's always worked wonders on the red recaros.

Play it safe and test it on the back first but I'm pretty sure it's OK to use on the black.

And if you want them to stay real soft pick up a suede shoe brush to scrub with.

EDIT: Looks like lots of guys used it on black and it works wonders. Also all I could find here was ZERO by Woolite so I used that.
