Nokia flasher in the city?

My N82 just bricked while updating. I plugged it in and ran update. After awhile the notification says there is no device connected and then I could not turn it on anymore. After some searching online, it looks like it needs to be re flashed. Just curious if anyone knows someone or a place in the city where they can flash Nokia phones. Thanks.

Edit: Is there a place in the city that can unlock Nokia cellphones? They could be able to fix my phone there.

I forget the guys name but I used him to unlock a Nokia phone i got from the UK (not an easy unlock, codes don't work) It was like $40 and he'll meet you pretty much anywhere in Calgary.

Thanks again I got to the site and left them an email. It's a slim chance that they reflash but what else can I do.

EDIT: I need a device called an MT-BOX. Just hoping someone might know who knows someone who might know or have one.
