Fnce 451

Has anyone here taken this class yet. I hear its supposed to be a bitchhh.

Any suggestions on best way to approach this course?

I took FNCE 451 at the U of C, but this was from Tom Cottrell in the Winter 2004 semester (so a while ago!) I recall studying Gordon Sick's notes early on (fairly straightforward) and reading the textbook (Grinblatt and Titman), which wasn't a difficult read either. I didn't think that the material was too difficult -- some of the concepts were a bit abstract, but far from overwhelming, as we didn't seem to cover a great deal of material.
