yea, used this for breakfast this morning, too!

do you actually need a coupon for this, or can you just order it that way?

You need a coupon I assume from the OP post. Most of the time, McDonalds employees except Manager or Supervisor are aware of such coupons so they might give you the "wtf?" face if you order without coupon.

lol now I won't have to resort to my cheap ass McDonald’s breakfast routine for a little while. This is what I usually do:

Order the big breakfast, which is scrambled eggs, sausage, muffin, and hashbrown. Then order an additional $1.39 sausage mcmuffin.

Put half the scrambled eggs on each of the two muffins. Now you have 2 egg and sausage McMuffin's, plus you save around $1 and get a free hashbrown.

Was just reading the wrapper on the sandwiches, didn't realize they print the nutritional facts right on them now... For $3.15 we actually get 880cal and 52g fat from this deal!!! But on a plus side, there was 40g for protein in that mess. LOL

You know, those 2 sandwiches plus a can of Starbuck's double shot (at 140cal and 6g fat), actually gives us a thousand-calorie breakfast!
