Just a few questions:

-What kind of boost numbers are you running and what numbers do you figure the motors built for?

-Is it being driven currently and currently reg'd., and how is it on the street as a daily driver?

-Still using the OEM fan setup or are you running electric fans with the OEM setup?

-How many kms does this setup have on it?

-What does "smaller" mean in regards to the IC i.e. approx dimensions and whereabouts is it mounted?

Thanks....

What kind of boost numbers are you running and what numbers do you figure the motors built for?

I have a fellow local e30 turbo guy that was running 27psi ~ 450whp on his stock engine (MLS and headbolts). The car has a dyno day on oct 1. I plan on tuning it for 1bar and 1.5bar.
Shooting for 350whp.

-Is it being driven currently and currently reg'd., and how is it on the street as a daily driver?

No, its a project, I dont daily it. It is currently insured and registered.

-Still using the OEM fan setup or are you running electric fans with the OEM setup?

Yes, still using the OEM fan clutch, I would add an electric fan in there if I were dailying it. But I have driven it a bit and as long as your moving its okay, but if you sit for a bit it will creep up.

-How many kms does this setup have on it?

This setup probably has less than 50kms on it. Clutch has 10kms

-What does "smaller" mean in regards to the IC i.e. approx dimensions and whereabouts is it mounted?

Smaller as in, 18x12x3 I believe.
If I were to keep it I would mount the intercooler lower and allow more air flow to both the rad and intercooler.
You can see a bit of it in the frontal picture.
I may also cut some releifs in the valence.

bump.
Just got the car back from AFI last night.
Car was worse than when I dropped it off.
I had to reload the maps that I had before I dropped it off just to get it started.
I also noticed that some things are not working properly now after picking it up.
Car will be sold at a lower price, just email me with a decent offer above 5k.

an issue I noticed after starting it at AFI is that the oil pressure gauge no longer works properly. will need a new one most likely.

I don't want to get into the issue with AFI in my thread. Please don't clutter this thread, if you wish to know what happened take it to PMs.

Thanks,
